2021 Shipping Update

QJS (UK) Ltd are committed to uninterrupted supply. Our logistics team have been working closely with transport providers and have all systems in place for shipping outside of the UK, post Brexit.

📌  No Additional Duty Costs

All QJS shipments are sent as DDP Incoterms (Delivered Duty Paid) therefore QJS take care of all the formalities and paying all import duties and additional costs.

DDP means QJS takes responsibility for the export declaration in the UK, and the import declaration in the destination country on behalf of the client.

It also means QJS pays the import VAT/tax and any duties applicable on behalf of the client.

📌  All Customs & Declaration Forms Assigned

All orders despatched to outside the UK, have correct customs and declarations documentation assigned per shipment.

📌  Despatch & Delivery Schedules

All orders received before 14:30 BST, are despatched same day (subject to stock availability). Our logistics teams work closely with carrier providers to minimise any disruption.
